Privacy Policy

1. Data collected: name, email, company, country, phone, billing address, project details, and any question you send us (all optional except name and email).
2. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; Paddle collects billing country and payment details directly. We do not store card details.
3. Email used for: order confirmation, invoice, licence, model getting-started and review emails, referral notifications, and replies to your enquiries.
4. No data sold to third parties.
5. Cookies & analytics: essential cookies always; Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept analytics cookies on our consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2, default denied). You can change your choice any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
6. Legal basis / your rights: we process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and, for buyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); EU/UK visitors may exercise GDPR rights. You may access, correct, or delete your data.
7. Data retention: order records kept 7 years (tax compliance); other lead/enquiry data kept until you ask us to delete it.
8. Buyer accounts: data held until an account deletion request.
