1. Digital product — no physical delivery.
2. Single Project Licence — one buyer, one project; not transferable.
3. Redistribution or resale strictly prohibited.
4. 14-Day Model Integrity Guarantee: a full refund within 14 days if the model contains broken formulas or errors, or is undownloadable. This is a defect-only guarantee.
5. No refund for change of mind, buyer input mistakes, or the wrong product selected.
6. Parxium (OPC) Private Limited owns all intellectual property.
7. Output quality depends on the buyer's inputs.
8. Models are submitted to, used with, and reviewed by banks and institutions in the course of our work; Parxium makes no claim of approval or endorsement by any bank or institution, and does not guarantee approval.
9. Referral programme: buyers earn 8% of a referred purchase as Parxium store credit (not cash); see the referral terms.
10. Governing law: India. Disputes: Indian courts.
